Zach’s Run 2007
The second annual Zach’s Run returned to the Oscar McClinton Park, Atlantic City, NJ on September 30, 2007. More than 400 participants attended while raising over $16,000 for research and awareness initiatives. Donations totaling $25,000 were awarded during the event for medical research programs in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
Making Precious Strides Night at the Atlantic City Surf
Making Precious Strides hosted a Hunter Syndrome awareness night on Saturday, September 1 at Sand Castle Stadium in Atlantic City. Zachary Dearth was honored by throwing out the first pitch of the Surf game.
Music Benefit
On Friday, May 11, a benefit concert for Making Precious Strides was held at the Ducktown Tavern in Atlantic City. Ten, a Pearl Jam tribute band, provided live entertainment for the evening with more than 80 people attendance. The event raised more than $2,500.
Sigma Kappa Polar Plunge
The Sigma Kappa International Fraternity from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey hosted its annual polar plunge on Saturday, February 3, 2007. The event drew more than 100 people and raised over $4,800 in net proceeds.

The first annual Zach’s Run was held on September 30, 2006 at the Oscar McClinton Park in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Over 400 participants supported us on this beautiful Saturday morning, making our inaugural event an instant success.
