Making Precious Strides hosts various community events throughout the year to raise awareness of Hunter Syndrome. Most of the events are also fundraisers for our organization but primarily focus on educating the local community about this rare, life-threatening disease. ZachFest, one of the group’s primary fundraisers, is a fun-filled family event featuring food, drinks, music, auction, prizes, and kids’ games. This year's event is scheduled on Sunday, July 17 at the Log Cabin in Margate, NJ from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $20/adult and $10/child or at the door for $25/adult and $10/child. Proceeds benefit medical research.
Zach's Run WNY - 2012

The 2nd annual Zach's Run will be held in the 2012 in Fredonia, NY. The event hosts a 5k run, 1-mile family fun walk and children's activities including a Tot Trot and other children's activities. For more information or to register, visit www.zachsrun.org.
